  1. Or with Roku (and others) just add the mini drivers for each service.  I’d say that YouTubeTV works very well with the Neeo remotes as it seems the Neeos were more inclined to mimic the steaming service controls.  TiVo, for instance is a pain on the Neeo.  You have to use the touchscreen to forward recorded programming or rewind programming etc.

  2. [SOLD] I have two AMS24 24x24 matrix’s.  Both are used.  One was a demo and when it shipped to me was poorly and rack ear got dinged and popped the face a tad (likely can be 100% corrected, just haven’t had a minute).  The other is used, but otherwise fine.  Huge savings.  Great replacement units.  Need $800 each for them, guaranteed  working.  You cover shipping .

  3. If you must purchase before the end of the year, it appears you will be limited to the SR260 or Neeo.  Both are currently in stock and available to ship.  Contact your dealer to purchase or look for used here or on eBay, etc.

Although the new Halo and Halo Touch remotes were announced (and pictures of the new remotes were unveiled), they have not been made available for sale.  Originally the Halo was scheduled to release before the end of the year and the Touch late Q1 2023, but it appears that’s been pushed back a bit.

Personally, if I were to be in your position and “need” a remote, I’d try to find a used SR260 (ask first if the screen is dim).  They are tried and true and won’t be nearly as expensive to hold you over until the Halo remotes begin to ship.

Dumb question - but does an autonomies solution compete with C4 or do they compliment eachother? I tried to review some online content / YouTube videos but it was not clear.

They compete in the distributed audio space only.  Autonomics is not an automation platform, strictly distributed audio.  So right now it’s Ryff (C4) Mirage (Autonomics), Fusion, Sonos, Heos, BluSound and maybe a few others that provide  both the stream and the distribution with Control4.
