No no , i am trying to help the installer find a solution . I have to say though i am quite happy with his performance , but if we arrive up to a point where he doesn't know the solution i try to help him and let him know what to change. That's what i am doing here. I already sent him the email with driver screenshot and he said he would take a look tonight , so we hopefully get this straightened out. However one thing you wrote strikes me. When you are writing old OS version , do you mean the Driver or do you mean the Setup of the EA1 ? How can i find out which Software version i have ?

No it's not ramping up. I have to tick the button every time for it to go up. i don't know which driver version it is , i only have Composer HE so i can't change that . The only thing i found was this : Control4 certified on 9/8/2015 for software released version: 2.7.2

It's the IP driver.

@alanchow Sky Germany has netflix on the Sky Q . Is there a way to program a Button to start Netflix automatically with your Sky Q driver ?

Hey for my Yamaha CX-A5100 AVR when i press the Volume Up or Down button , i always have to press the Button multiple times for it to ramp up or down up to the desired volume. I would like to be able to Hold the Up or Down Button pressed and the the volume raises or lowers. Is there anyway to do that ? Thanks

Just tried the test version. Regular buttons and such work, so the basic commands work . The Channel List is the one from Sky UK though. Any chance to scan the German channels as well ?

It's not easy coming from another system like Logitech where half of. the time when you push a button nothing works as expected and you have to be able to switch to the device individually to change Inputs etc... could be also that i'm still scared of that. Regarding the Menu of the Yamaha , it's the built in IP Driver from the Yamaha as far as i know. The only thing it shows are the DSP's as already said. Nothing else. One more thing the Spotify doesn't seem to work . When i hit the Spotify Button , i get an error message : Page Error - There was an error getting the requested content. Try again. However in my iPhone app the C4 doesn't show up with Spotify.

Sky Germany also has a Sky Q Box now. Does your driver also work with Sky Q Germany ?

Hi I just received my C4 this week (EA1 and NEEO Remote) . My installer is busy configuring it , but there are still issues and i would like to have your advice. Basically i am using C4 for my Home Theater. So the installed stuff is a Yamaha AVR 5100 , a JVC Beamer , 3 Minidsp's , a PC using Kodi and some Hue Lights. The Hue Lights work. But that's pretty much it . All the other stuff work to turn on and off and basic functionality . However this are the issues that remain : 1. In the Yamaha Tab , i can only control the different Music or Movie DSP's , like Dolby Surround , Dolby Neo , Music in Vienna , etc..... I would like to be able to change manully also to AV1 AV2 etc... or hit the Menu Button of the Yamaha AVR. This apparently is not possible to get in. 2. Lastly , i have 3 Minidsp's . Those are DSP's to steer the Sound of the Loudspeakers . Not much to do there , just 4 button's , preset 1,2,3,4 and On/Off Filter. That's all. The installer remotely read the IR Codes into C4 , however controlling the device on it's own seems to be a real challenge. Right now , i have a room Minidsp , with the Minidsp inside to be able to control that device (which i don't need often , just sometimes to test things) Isn' t there a way to add it to my "Cinema" Room , without having to turn it on or off (it is on always by default) Can anyone advise me please ?
