Three time tried to install, each time manage to get it working but each time I loose access to music services "The music service is not set up in Sonos" error message I get evertime after some day of running fine... I've yet to see that error at all.As mentioned on the other thread on the same subject a 5.2 update on the Sonos devices may be the fix. It was showing greyed and offline in HE. Could see it in the Sonos desktop software. Pressed the cycle to next Sonos or whatever it is in the properties in HE And it came back on line (before msfgreen suggested the software version check) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
