Cyknight Posted September 13, 2015 Share Posted September 13, 2015 The reason is that the controller goes to a default state.Yes you can run any programming on startup - but be sure to add a DELAY in front of it all so the whole sytem has a chance to restart (it's on project load, not 'system is up and running') Better in your scenario would be to flip the wires on the gate control from what I assume is NO to NC (driver settings would ave to be changed too mind you!)
