Calls initiated from a T3 touch screen or iphone to the DS2 door station functions correctly, 2 way audio and video works with no issues. However, initiating a call via the door station, will trigger all devices to ring, when answered, video works but audio can’t be heard on the door station, mobiles, or T3 screens. hc800 and DS2 were restated but no joy. I am 90% sure that this started when the latest driver for the DS2 was released and at about the same time as OS3.1. Interestingly, I have a DS2 and a DS2 mini. the DS2 works fine but I have this issue on the Mini. Both are on the latest firmware and have the same driver. Maybe someone at C4 ( @jakblak) will be able to guide us.
