T3 issues

Bought two used T3s wall mount.

First T3 installed about a week and worked great until yesterday when wife tried to use it for the first time (of course) and she selected Sirius channel favorites on listen menu and it full on froze.  I had to cycle power to recover it  today I had Sirius on then press the Room Off key on the room’s keypad and the T3 froze.  Again cycled power to recover and worked again.  Since TSs are new to us, is this fairly common with TSs?  Does it indicate that something is wrong with this one? If so is there a fix?

Second T3 the screen has a yellow hue rather than bright white. Not horrible since young child’s room so less concerned since could get damaged otherwise - but does this mean the display is going to die soon?

You purchase both from the same source?

Buying touchscreens used without warranty isn't a great idea, as you've learned.

I’ve bought a lot of C4 things used and this is the first time I’ve had an issue - but these are also the first wall mounted touchscreens I’ve added (I have a portable touchscreen that works perfectly). So do touchscreens have a higher failure/flake rate that makes them more of a bad idea to buy used than other equipment?
