panamagixxer
Just curious before I call my dealer out, anyone able to remote in to my system and change my phone? I don't think this is possible from my side, right? What would be the cost?
AceOfSpades
Unless you have Composer Pro. You need to contact your Dealer.Avery
Paulknapp
Your dealer should be able to remote in to add new phones if you have site license. My dealer added my wife's and my new iphones Tue in about 5 minutes--no charge. Cheers! Paul
neil12011
If our clients have my home, we do not charge to ID their devices. Your mileage may vary.
Cyknight
Yep, remote in or a convenient stop-by along the way elsewhere means no charge for changing or adding a couple of devices - we just ask that the client has all the new iPhone 5's in the house on hand - so we don't do it 4 times unneeded. As per Neil - mileage may vary of course. ActiveSauce
One of the few things that bugs the crap out of me about C4. My dealer is great, but it's a pain to have to get them involved every time I get a new phone or tablet. I understand limiting adding new components, but I should be able to activate a mobile app on my own...

neil12011
I do agree, the my home should allow some user id capabilities. However, I can see the security concerns.
