MyHomePC won't connect to Director on a new PC

I just got a new PC yesterday and installed MyHomePC on it and instead of immediately finding Director like it does on my other PCs it prompts me for System Name, Control4 email address and password. Providing the proper email addrfess and password doesn't get me past that screen.

I have a permanent site license for MyHomePC and I can ping my HC800 wit no problem.

Any ideas why I might see that screen instead of immediately showing the usual connect screen that shows the Director and its IP address?

Maybe the install of MyHomePC didn't install the right version of Adobe Air?

Oh I see, I used the same login as my.control4.com which works fine on the web site but when trying it in MyHomePC it just comes back and asks me again. Does what's filled in for System Name matter?

Yes, it matters. If it didn't matter it would not be there and you would be logging in just fine. Login to my.Control4.com and you will see your account name. Try using that.
