how to setup favorite channels?

I am new to programming C4 and need a little help setting up my favorite channels.

When I go to Media and look under Broadcast...all I see is FM/AM Radio, Cable TV, UHF/VHF, and Internet Radio. I do not see my cable box, Motorola driver for Verizon Fios. When I was at the training we did this with a DirecTV driver and a Favorites option was there and it was very simple. How do I go about this with my cable box?

Thanks for any and all help!

When you go to search and enter your zip.....is there anything you can do if your provider is not listed?  For instance, I'm in 20011 (washington dc) and comcast and a few others come up.....but no verizon fios.    Anything we can do with this?

UPDATE_-- entered a few different zip codes and found some verizon fios.... sorry for the bother!  just had to play around more....but still annoying that it doesn't list it in my zip.

I also want to set up favorite cannels from multiple satellite boxes and would like to select these from the navigator or on-screen display. I can see cable TV in the broadcast lift but not sure how I go about setting these up for different boxes as I do not seem to be able to select the source of the channel. Any support on this would be much appreciated.

Many thanks I managed to get the clouds added. Each unique satellite box has its own cloud and are binded. I set up favourite channels for two clouds and they are showing on the navigators however when I select a favourite channel it does not go to the set channel. Surely the cloud should be transmitting the channel number to the satellite box it is binded to?
