Cyknight Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 Just to verify, where is that setting?The only setting that would (possibly?) prevent the auto-update is the "allow dealer remote access" under my.control4 account.And I'm not sure even that would do it as this is a critical update that your main controller get's instructed to do on check-in with the C4 servers, which it does every day even if you don't have 4-sight.Basically the manual patch is for those that can't wait to begin with, possible restores to 2.3 after the auto update period and systems that don't have internet.Similar to the SSL certificate update and the Rhapsody update (not like the DOM-fix for instance) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
