lippavisual
Check the volume outputs first and make sure they're turned all the way up.Second, reboot.
wingzz
I will check that tonight, duh I didnt even think of that
malelan
On the one speaker point I have the power plug seems to fall out alot. It doesn't really clip tight. Although I think it would be pretty unlikely for that to happen on 3 at once
Cyknight
Networking issue would be the most likely cause - I'd check that first if anything.

Cyknight
Online, changes in setup etc. It's just that when 3 go out at the same time, it's the most logical error point. Could be a small network switch dead or power unplugged
digitaltrader
I just had the exact thing happen. The link and data light are on when music streams but I get no sound. The volume shows as 70% in my TS. What else could I check?

Cyknight
Sounds like the system is communicating with the s'points well enough. Do you have controller outputs to amplifiers of some sort at all? Any of those working? If no way to test, some powered (computer) speakers could be setup on a controller output temporarily to test if that is working. If that doesn't work, you know the issue lies within the controller, not the s'point or networking. What media are you trying to stream? Seems unlikely the cause, but remember that s'points cannot stream all available codex that a Controller CAN handle. wingzz
Ok so I found last night that I had a bad Switch and that is why I'm not able to get sound from 2 of my speaker points but the third has network connection, I can see the third light turn on when the speaker point is selected, I can see the numbers for volume change on the touch screens, I can see the channel info from the tuner so I think that is working fine. but no sound from either of two sets of speakers?????I rebooted the speaker point, the controller and the tuner but still get no sound from the one speaker point I can access right now.I'll replace the switch this weekend and post if the other two are working
wingzz
well replaced the enet switch and the 2 SP's now work, I still cant get any sound from the third, I'm going to hook a pair of speakers up to it on the bench and see if it works there next
