ryanm Posted July 20, 2016 Author Share Posted July 20, 2016 Not sure where to set that up on my touchpad. My tvs all display the weather and temp. I hit 'comfort' on my tt7, then 'weather' add its black and completely blank except for and 'X' in the upper right. Then it says unable to reach weather service. Please check your network. Cyknight Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 Depends, I'd start checking within the touchscreen - ie if set to statice, there may be no (or a wrong) DNS set. Try setting DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
