dcarf Posted May 1, 2021 Share Posted May 1, 2021 I realize I'm very late to this chain, but I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I too have a WB-600-IPVCE-12 and have the same issue; 4 always on work but the 8 controlled aren't lit. However, my power light isn't on and when I try to hold it, press it, or do any combination of the two, nothing happens. I've tried it in several different outlets including UPS-1000R and the wall itself, both no luck. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Do any of yours have a green power light but the 8 are dead or is the defect that it won't turn on AND the outlets don't work? Thanks in advance!
