Iutron radiora 2 feedback

Can anyone confirm if control4 should receive radiora 2 feedback from the lutron processor ? 

As an example if i turn on a light from a local lutron dimmer should the control 4 app show this light is on ? Because right now it does not. 

My lutron app does show the proper feedback

Yes it should show feedback, however the polling time from C4 to Lutron is a little on the longer side. 

C4 won’t show the state immediately if using the Lutron app or other device.

If using C4 Control only, then there is no issue as the system is calling the shots so feedback is immediate.

Assuming everything is installed and configured correctly, yes you should be able to get a feedback from the dimmer/switch. What driver are you using? Where did you get it from?

I use Caseta at my house and it works perfectly.

Thanks for the reponses.  I’ll ask what driver this is but we got it from control4 But I like the control4 interface on the mobile devices so I can use just that and no other apps to control the lighting if that is what is preventing feedback. 

Can you tell me what the latest driver is for radiora2?
