jekgren
If I would like to listen to spotify but also have the TV on at the same time (on mute) would that be possible? If so, how do I go about doing this? Thanks!
sonic30101
Really depends on what equipment you have. What is the c4 controller model, what powers the rooms speakers? If you have an EA1 that will be difficult but most others it should be possible but the amp or AVR may limit you so we need more info
Matt Lowe
the easiest way to tackle this is run your tv feed directly to the tv. use optical to feed your avr from the tv. Then select tv first and then select your music. the down side is you will not be able to change the tv, but you could always reselect the music. brucecampbell
Generally providing the receiver which is your music source is not also the video source for the TV in the same room, you should be sweet. I do this all the time. My TV is fed from a matrix, no video passes through my receiver. so my video and audio sources are somewhat independent. I'll turn on the TV to sport channel, then change the room to music. The TV remains on until the room is turned off.
Home Theater Advisors
Many avrs allow you to select a video source to play while on an audio input. I do this all the time at home and for clients. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
