Time2Jet
Good morning all. Getting this error when attempting to login to my Director via Composer HE. “Cannot Connect to Director 192.168.1.150” Yesterday I piggybacked a post by@abigroot with this issue. Has anyone been able to resolve? Cannot Connect remotely either. Director does not populate in remote session when trying to connect remotely. OS correct, HE Correct. Rebooted EA5, did not resolve.Uninstalled HEUpdated Windows 10Reinstalled HEStill Same Error Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. -defunct-
Is the system functioning everywhere besides being able to connect to it with HE?

-defunct-
Have you tried a second computer? I would make sure your network settings have the network set to private and possibly try hardwire instead of WiFi.
Time2Jet
I will try a second computer. I was able to access through my office desktop remotely last week, but have not tried since Friday. A friend of mine logged in this morning remotely. I had a suspicion this might be a firewall or like issue. I’ll let you know. Time2Jet
Clean Uninstall and reinstall of HE. I am able to access remotely now. I will check my local access tonight. msgreenf
Time2Jet
And... I spoke too fast. Logged out and back in... no Director populates. Really quite puzzling. I don't know how to isolate this. Is it the remote connection, the license, the EA-5. It's just beyond me. I left it logged in at the office last night, came in this morning and there was the Director. Clicked and connected. Logged out and voila!... can't get back in.

Time2Jet
I came into the office this morning and there was the Director. Who knows when it found it, but it's really strange.
