hockey7777 Posted March 19, 2020 Share Posted March 19, 2020 I’m a very frustrated Control4 user and even more frustrated with the company who installed and recommended this system to my family. With that being said we had a power outage a few months ago and the audio matrix has been offline. My dealer had me reset it the unit and try a variety things and at the end of the day nothing worked. So I left it unplugged and about 2 weeks later I plugged it back in and everything was working. Last night out of nowhere it happened again. I know when It is offline because the amplifier is all lit up and there is a screaming buzzing coming from my speakers throughout the house. House full of kids and everyone home with the quarantine happening I’m at a loss because we have no TV or music. pkkaiser Posted March 19, 2020 Share Posted March 19, 2020 Try pulling plug on matrix and amp to see if it is simply an Ip issue. Works for me.
