August Locks Driver Issue Fix?

Recommended Posts

My august lock integration is "broken" again. The lock status does not change in control4 so C4 thinks that it its always locked. When I try to unlock it from C4 the lock does unlock but C4 still shows that it is locked (because of this C4 only sends the unlock command and I can't send the lock command). This has happened to me in the past and it usually fixes itself after a couple of days but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this.

Given my past challenges with this and general concern with the web/external dependency, I just checked my system, and it works fine (both status and control). Therefore, this may be isolated to your install/config (assuming it doesn't begin affecting me/others). I used to have the issue described before I updated driver versions (with everyone else), so may be worth looking at that if you haven't. Otherwise, if I can help please LMK.

Auto Unlock? Like this?

sorry  just read it again  I didn’t use Auto Unlock because I hate Bluetooth

Do you by chance have any automation products that have geofencing? I used to use my ecobee thermostat to trigger my home scene when it detected my phone through C4

Is anyone else having problems with August locks/this driver again? All of a sudden I'm getting intermittent control and the statuses (open/closed) aren't working. Also getting "Error - ResponseCode: 500 RefreshToken code 2" from the driver, but the master driver (driverCentral Cloud) shows all as well.

Thanks in advance for help!
