Google - turn items on based on the room your in

Since google home allows you to create room and assign items to a room, is it possible to say a command in a room and then the action for that room happens?

 

for instance, when I’m in my family room, if I say google turn on the tv. The google assistant knows that I gave the command to the google home located in the family room and then turn on that tv. I know the workaround would be to say a more specific command like , google turn on the family room tv. I was hoping to make it smarter so I can avoid saying the actual room.  I’m more thinking it will be handy when trying to control the volume

That works for lighting cuz lightning from control 4 integrates into Google but TVs do not.

It is a little surprising that Contro4 has not implemented this functionality for Google Home and Alexa.  I would assume (which is a very dangerous thing to do) that the information about which device you spoke to is available via the API.
