0 South Africa C4 user
I don’t believe there is any such setting. I always use landscape mode on my iPad, but have just tried Portrait and it works perfectly. What device are you using?
0 Meagher
Many thanks for you reply- really appreicate it the device is a Lenovo 10 tablet the device changes to landscape no problem, but the app control four does not all other apps on the device rotation when the device is rotated , but not control 4 so it is a setting within c4 I assume???? 0 South Africa C4 user
There is no setting in C4 for this (AFAIK). While it flips between portrait and landscape perfectly on my iPad, it does not flip at all on my iPhone. Not that I would want landscape on the iPhone. I wonder if C4 identifies the device and disables the flipping on phones (as opposed to tablets). It could be misidentifying your tablet as a phone… but I am merely speculating. Someone with much better understanding of how the C4 app works would need to comment - @msgreenf
0 lippavisual
The Lenovo tablets come with the resolution set too high. Go to settings, display on the tablet. Turn it all the way down. The C4 app will now auto-rotate properly between landscape and portrait.
