tcwalker5
I have one TV that all of a sudden stopped displaying video and no audio. All sources behave the same on this TV All other TVs in the house see the sources just fine. HDbT link is good according to composer. HDMI ports are good on TV. Connections are correct. Stumped as to where to look next. Any suggestions?
OceanDad
What matrix, what receivers ? Do a recalibration if that's available to you (make sure all displays are on when you do it). If still a problem, swap a receiver from one of the other displays onto the problem TV. Same with the HDMI cable.

C4 10x10 matrix No receiver, just straight to LG TV for video and C4 24x24 audio matrix and C4 8x8 amp for audio. Will try other steps you recommend. chopedogg88
think he's referring to the HDBASET receiver...do you have one of those in the mix? Sounds like a possible receiver failure.
tcwalker5
Ahh, thanks for the clarification. Since the signal shows as OK, I was hoping that wasn't the problem. Large effort to access it.
cdcllc
Can you switch a known good TV cable from one output port on the matrix to the output port that is currently not working? That will tell you if the problem is on the matrix end or TV end. I've done it before on my Control4/Leaf 8X8 and I make sure I power down the matrix / unplug before changing cables. I also have Leaf baluns on the TV end of the line. Another suggestion would be to have your dealer support person on the line to assist as well.
