Dead Audio Matrix

Morning All,

The whole home audio in my house has been working weird lately with zones getting confused (play in kitchen but adds 4 other zones in the house, some sources not available, etc) and now the audio matrix (16ZAMSV3-B) is without power and offline.  My dealer says it's next to impossible to get a C4 audio matrix to replace it and has gone silent on options to replace it.  Any suggestions?

PulseEight Proaudio16 is one we use for any direct replacements for these at the moment (they have models with different in/out configurations available as well)

More than likely the internal 5V power supply is toast, it’s a known issue

easy to replace if you’re handy
