Looking for a Remote Dealer

I'm currently in the process of looking for a new dealer locally in Dallas, but before I commit to anyone, given that I understand the system and am not scared of installing equipment (I've already ripped out and installed many different pieces of equipment as well as re-terminating ethernet connections), I wanted to check with this forum first if they had success with a remote dealer (where I can buy equipment from and have them remotely program it, or at least program equipment I buy online from the classified or what not).  I know folks here are way more responsive than my current dealer.

I potentially seek that out just because I know folks here are top notch and I'm already very involved with the system.  Additionally, hoping the dealer keeps my system to the latest version (right now at 2.10), which is disappointing considering how much evolution C4 has done over the past 5 years.  The most pressing needs are installing a new Core 5 and a 16x16 audio matrix (probably ProAudio 16) as well as getting my T3 Touchscreen to reconnect to the system (not sure what happened).  Probably in 6-8 months I'll need to do a number of things for a home expansion (light switches and new video matrix, etc).

Quick shoutout for Muj (above). He’s done a bunch of work for me and it’s been a great experience! He’s super nice and knows what he’s doing. I had a terrible installation experience with a fairly large sized system from a local company and he was able to correct everything for me.  He also helped get everything set back up when we moved to a new home. Had someone local run the cabling and had Muj reprogram everything.

Would HIGHLY recommend him!!
