  3. You likely need to update your cameras/Nvr firmware as they got away from the plug-in requirement.
  4. Did you get this squared away? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. @zaphod @cdw5510 Core is 1499. Nano/micros are 599. Licenses 600/yr to 12k for lifetime
  6. @chris5325 Did you ever get your DALS integrated? I have a client looking at over 100 of these.
  7. Am I missing the ability to block explicit tracks on Tidal somewhere? I thought blocking them on the web player would carry over to the C4 system, but selecting Tidal curated playlists still pulls E rated song through.

@Rob21 shoot me details/price. Have the mount brackets?
  9. Anyone aware of support for Lockly locks coming out? They state they have an open API for integration but can't find any info that there is a C4 driver in the works. TIA
  10. I have a client with an aging Dell server running NVR for about 12 cameras. He wants to replace that unit, moving to almost 24 cameras and 10-20TB of storage. He also wants the functionality of using his C4 system to pull those cameras to his screen when he hits the 4 button. I understand that the Luma NVR allow a breadth of control such as PTX control, layout, and camera selection. Looking at the Visualint driver, its dated back to 2016! Neither C4 or Snap/Visualint techs had any confidence in their answer that "it should work but it may not have all the functionality like a Luma." I find that odd seeing the tagline on new Vis systems list "Premium VMS based NVR with full control system integration and Visualint Viewer" Anyone have actual experience with C4/Visualint integration? Anyone have recommendations for a better solution than multiple Luma systems for deep integration? TIA!
