bill
I had to change my network addresses and now my HC250 cannot connect to my Onkyo receiver. On the attached screenshot I can see the old IP address but do not see how to change it. Does the C4 software not scan for it in case it changes? Or does the Onkyo need to have a fixed IP address rather than DHCP when connected to C4? And if so how to change the IP address to match the Onkyo? Andrew luecke
You likely need an installer to change the IP address in control4.
Neo1738
Probably need the connections tab that dealers have to enter ip there. Any online dealer here can sort you out.
Amr
In The same screen u shared if you go to “Connections” then select IP tab u can manually enter the new IP of your Onkyo receiver, give it a sec, when u go back to “System Design” Tab u will find it’s connected to your network! Thanks AMR. Sorry for not responding earlier. Life priorities in flux. Seem there is no "IP" tab in my version of Composer.
