Amazon alexa not conected in control4 skill

Hi, 

last night my alexa voice commands stopped working, it said device not found

I turned off the skill and soon after I put it to activate skill control4 again
but the skill after that just says it's impossible to connect skill control4 to alexa and try again later

my 4sight account was recently renewed and it is working

what can i do to try to fix this problem?

It's very annoying when something is working well and it suddenly stops. I hope Control4 is in the process of improving voice control with Alexa and in the process "broke it." Hopefully, we will know something soon.

C4 is taking care of its part, how about Amazon do something about their continues outages every quarter!

i had an issue last night where alexa forgot my devices. i had to disable the skill and re-enable. then discover all devices again for it to start working.
