I continue to experience to issues with my door chime and insight connecting to my mobile phone when the button is pressed. Additionally, the video feed drops when the button is pressed as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Just meaning if it's Araknis or Pakedge for instance, your dealer has rooter to tooter support from Control4. You need to have that looked at by your dealer.
