Since you bought another Samsung if it’s connected IR it might work without you needing to contact your dealer. If you have an IR connection there should be a red IR sensor on the tv just make sure you put that sensor on the new tv. If not, why don’t you post the model of the display. This way we can look at a native driver specific to your model etc. There are lots of great guys here that can help, just thought letting us know the model could streamline the effort. Best of luck!
