If your tv is connected IP you will have to contact your dealer. Since you bought another Samsung if it’s connected IR it might work without you needing to contact your dealer. If you have an IR connection there should be a red IR sensor on the tv just make sure you put that sensor on the new tv. But you may have to Google the model number to see where the sensor is on the new tv. Hope this helps

OP, have you had any luck having Mitch or another dealer help out? If so, great. If not, why don’t you post the model of the display. This way we can look at a native driver specific to your model etc. There are lots of great guys here that can help, just thought letting us know the model could streamline the effort. Best of luck!
