I've been using HE for years and I just got a new laptop. Tried installing HE and when I go into my account the Subscription Code I always used is now gone. Anybody have any ideas. Can I retrieve it from my old laptop installation?

All screens are Pristine and Working Perfectly. All Running OS 2.10 6 with metal Retrofit Boxes (Mini TD Wall Box Model Number: AC-RWB3.8M).
