Thank you Matt. Last reboot was about a week ago for the same reason.

Memory sit higher than normal now at 972MB. Typically it sits around 350. Anything I can do to find the culprit? My listen and watch icons are no longer populating and list slower than usual. Last time I had strange issues like this and other irregularities emanated from a problematic Ecobee driver from the Driverslab. Thankfully, @msgreenf suggested that I replace with the Control4 driver and that solved a bigger issue. On rare, random occasions, Pandora will stop playing and all zones will be shut off. Other than that, and the icons, I don't experience any issues.. yet. 2.10

I got excited there for a second. Disable HDMI is not checked. I did notice it says"C4-EA1(PRE-RELEASE)" in the product info. That can't be good but not sure that's part of the problem.

I just added an EA-1 to a room with an AVR just for audio (TV may come later). EA-1 connected and turns on and off the AVR but I don't get any audio out of the HDMI. I tested the HDMI from another output and I get sound through the AVR. What am I missing? Do I need to somehow strip the sound out of the HDMI? thanks

Once again, this forum saved me some heartache. Thedriverslab driver out and the Control4 driver in. No rebooting required. Many thanks!

I do have an Ecobee last updated driver was January 2017 from the drivers lab. Was that the culprit? I think there are other drivers available. Thank you.

I just returned from two short trips and upon arrival I had to reboot my HC-800 to gain access. Since I've been home for a few days, I now have to reboot a few times a day to get in. No major changes recently other than perhaps some misc driver updates to showtime, HBO, Netflix etc, probably for roku. I tried loading an older project but that didn't do the trick. I hope I'm doing that correctly. I just load the previous project and once uploaded, I reboot. I'm about to leave town again and would love to solve this before I head out.

I can connect from outside using VPN only from wifi. If I'm using my cellular network I can't connect. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
