Then again, for the cost involved....could just replace the non 4k TVs
You can’t replace the pioneer no matter what the cost! That’s just plain wrong

Does the rechargeable battery and cover from a sr250 fit an sr260?

nope, if use theauxiliaryy switches not keypads in the other parts of a 4-way or 3-way everything still works
Oh my mistake Mitch, I didn’t think keypads would work unless a project was up and running.

Follow-up (stupid) question: so what happens to all these automated lights if the system goes down for some reason? Do you lose the ability to turn on your lights until the problem gets fixed?
On the wireless front I believe the main dimmer connected to the load will work just as a dumb dimmer even without c4 (bloody expensive dumb dimmer mind ) but all keypads/ programming associated will not work until fixed.

Does this amp need any connection directly to an audio source or does it stream via Cat5 or wireless?
Doesn’t need connection to an audio source as it has its own audio stream built in.

@tdougray $4k? is that Canadian?
MSRPs are:
Triad 8x8 = $1320
Triad 8-zone power amp = $1700
So, $3020 at MSRP (minus any discounting...)
No just my stupid fingers, I was just trying to say that a fix for his existing setup could be less than $100. A lot less than even 3k but yes your quite right . Soz

Above is a great replacement but If you’d rather not spend 4K out I would recommend taking the amp to an electrical specialist. It can be a cheap fix and sometimes a heat related problem where basically the heat sink just isn’t big enough and the linear regulator chip fails. It’s a real shame because the build quality is amazing but just seems like getting the heat away was an after thought.

Oh that's annoying, I only need a few buttons done and my dealer charges £65 for what is about 8 mins work.
There are plenty of good guys on here who can remote in to do this. If you want someone in the UK give @Crustyloafer a message. He'll look after you.

I’m sure I must of read this wrong, are you saying you’ve become a uk dealer without knowing the difference between an EA1 and a EA5?

Have you experienced any major problems with Wi-Fi and I take it it’s the “roku premier “ you’d suggest?

I'm in the UK and my Roku has both the Amazon Prime and Disney+ apps,
Would you always prefer to use Roku over a TVs mini apps? Looked at going over to it but in the UK it’s over wi-fi only which sort of put me off.

If you have the clipping light on try adjusting the sensitivity of that zone (gain).
