ERDrPC
I'm on the latest OS and security driver is up to date. I can arm my system from a TS or alarm keypad. If an alarm is triggered, I can enter the code once on the alarm keypad and it disarms. However, I have to enter the code three or four times if I use a touch screen in order for it to accept and disarm. It is a GE panel Any ideas? ERDrPC
Am I the only one having issues using a TS to disarm the alarm?
Gary Leeds UK
We have a different system and have no issues arming or disarming - We have a Texecom Elite

me23
What generation touchscreenpanel is it? I have this issue as well. I have a mix of some 2nd and 3rd generation touchscreens. The T2s have this issue not the T3s in my setup. Don’t know if it’s because the T2s use flash and the newer ones dont.

ERDrPC
Rebooting the alarm panel including disconnecting the backup battery to the alarm worked to fix this. The old turn it off and on again
