SR260 previous button

Thanks, ahead of time, for your response.   Maybe a silly question, but rather than reverting to the previous channel I viewed on the TV screen, the "prev" button is simply rewinding 15-30 seconds backwards, on the channel I'm viewing.    I prefer the "back," "last," or "previous" channel functionality.    Any suggestions, or reasons why it's performing this way?    Thanks, ahead of time!

what is the source?  the source itself may have a driver that is telling that button to do that action

do you have Composer Home Edition?  If so you can investigate that source's driver and also do your own programming per button at the room level for each room.

Could be programming or the driver properties. I would ask your dealer to login and check it. Should be a very quick fix. If you need more assistance I could take a look.

depending on the driver that is being used some buttons may be bound to the wrong buttons on the sr260. its just a matter of adjust the driver and you should be in business.

If the driver cannot be “fixed” you can probably program one of the 3 custom buttons to do this...
