C4 License/ registration question on a home I just purchased

Jedi

Question

I just purchased a home that has a full C4 install (older 2.6), but the previous owner didn't leave anything to go on to register or even access the system.  I don't even have any touch displays, they took them all.  How can I associate this C4 system / license to my newly created account?  Gear in the house is a C4-HC800-BL and C4-16AMP3-B.

If you use the older My home PC app you might be able to

Nope, flash is blocked so the app won't run at all.

You may need to have  dealer do so (it can be done in Pro)

These devices are still supported by the latest OS - 3.2, so you should be able to upgrade to the latest system if you get a dealer - assuming that you don't have other obsolete gear in other parts of your house.  You may want to add other gear if you want to use C4 for all of your house - like remote controls and controllers at TVs.
