tcwalker5
I have a DS2 mini for the front door. For whatever reason, people don't seem realize how to ring the doorbell and knock on the door instead. What are you all putting on the white label next to the doorbell. I feel like I need to make a tag with an arrow that says doorbell--->. But that just seems silly to me. Thoughts? wnpublic
Yes, that idea is terrible. But it works! See attached.
MattK2
It's really not that hard to see that there is a button there.....but yes putting label to show people that there is a button should help.

You would think so...but you’re wrong. About 3/4 of visitors can’t figure it out. It’s not the worst thing about this POS, but it’s real. BraydonH
I have had a few customers complain as well. The label helps.
South Africa C4 user
I have the same experience and had to add labels! It is more obvious on the mini and more of a problem on the DS2 (I have people regularly pressing the “key” button...
