Customize options based on user?

Hi,

I would like to strictly limit the options some users have on their Control4 mobile app.  Basically, these users would only be able to open a door.  All other options should no appear to them.

Is this possible?  Can anyone please suggest where to get started?

The closest you could get to this would be something like the following (I think).

1. Create a fake room with only the devices you want these people to control.  
2. Make this the default room on the App on their phone / tablet.

3. Using the Identity Agent and the Access Agent set the default identity or require an access code for anything and everything.

4. Create an additional unlocked identity with no access code required and assign this to all your touchscreens etc.

This should lockdown the users phones so they can do nothing except what appears on the Home Screen of this new room (e.g. lock a door).

It will also work perfectly for any T3/T4s (I.e. leave these unlocked).

However, there is no way (as far as I recall) to assign a user’s phone / iPad to any identity other than the default one which means that you (and all other “unblocked” users) will need to use your access code all of the time to navigate around the App on your phone / tablet.  I would think that this would make the solution impractical.until such time as C4 creates a way of allowing one to assign different phones to different identities.
