Existing C4 system

Hi, I recently bought a house that came installed with a C4 system. The previous owners did not transfer any information nor the account over to me.

I'm completely new to the C4 ecosystem. I know the system still "kind of" works because I have basic control over multi room audio and some TVs via a C4 touchscreen. But I do not know the full extent of the capabilities of the original system.

I'd like to know:
- if it's possible to transfer ownership of the system to me by registering the controller to my own account through a remote dealer
- if I do this, can I keep the existing system configuration and capabilities (multi room audio + whatever else there is)

I would love to learn more about C4 and what else I can do with it. Thank you in advance.

Piggy backing this thread.....  I have a similar situation.  I'm buying a house where there previous owner knows nothing about the existing C4 system, nor did they use it.

What do I need to do to find out what Dealer installed it? Or transfer it to my current C4 account?

You do not need to really know anything if you are using a local dealer. They can come in and register the account to you directly.
