HVAC runtime tracking

born2dive

Question

I have 4 HVAC units connected to my C4 system using the latest C4 thermostat.

Is there a way to track the runtime for each unit and whether it is running in cool or heat mode?  Something like what Nest does: you can look at each day and see how long each unit has run.

Thanks.

I use the Janus Technology BMS (driver) to track this and (literally), a couple of other variables using pretty cool graphs.

I believe there are two versions of the BMS driver. Which do you use/recommend?

I use the Full version.  It is extremely powerful.   I would advise testing the Full version.  If you like it, you are unlikely to want to use the Lite version but if you do find you are going to use only one screen of monitoring then you can easily switch to the Lite version before buying the driver.
