terrapin421
I have a Roku Ultra and when I use the Neeo Remote to click into any media it generally doesn't work. The roku doesn't turn on and I have to press the home button on the Roku remote to get it to turn on. Then about 50-60% of the time when I do get the Roku on - I have to unplug it and plug it back in before the remote actually controls the device. My vendor has plenty of rokus/similar setups that work. Any ideas?
msgreenf
Turn sleep off on the Roku
terrapin421
I did this as well as the bandwidth saver. When I tried again this morning the Roku was on but the remote/control 4 still won't control it without unplugging the roku and plugging it back in. It's like it forgets how to communicate with the roku over night. Thanks for the suggestion/any other thoughts?
msgreenf
This doesn't make sense to me. Happy to look at your system If you would like
lippavisual
Are you using an IP address or discovery? Try setting the IP under identification.
terrapin421
I think discovery -- everything else works just fine.
terrapin421
Fwiw -- I've had multiple people tell me "things in composer look weird and it's because of your Orbi network" -- This seems to have caused the problem. Went into Orbi Admin and did a DHCP reservation for the Roku in this room. Seems to be working now - thanks @msgreenf msgreenf

Amr
I know some have mixed experience with Mesh WiFi, never liked it but if ur system works just don’t touch it!
