Olichops Posted February 14, 2023 Share Posted February 14, 2023 So my EA5 auto updated to 3.3.2 and not sure if related but internal intercoms on all my TS3 screens will not connect except the DS2 which works fine. Rebooted the whole system and network, still no go. I might get one call to connect then the next will not. TS to TS, cell to TS all the same issue on the intranet. Anyone else with issues? There is a Bug in 3.3.2 that is affecting any EA with DS2, reboot will not fix anything actually any reboot is the cause that Freeswitch hangs, you need to disabe and enable FreeSwitch in System Manager, it will re-re-register afterwards and everything will work again! My understanding is this issue had been reported to C4, but I have no idea if someone is working on it or there is a fix! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anyone else with issues? just so it is clear someone forced an update. OS updates are done manually and need to be initiated by a dealer. I have not had an issue with my ds2 even on beta with this OS version. The last ditch effort is to delete the communication agent and readd it after a controller hard reboot.
