Curious on the behavior of my Chime.

My phone will ring when the doorbell is pressed, and I answer it on my iPhone but it doesn’t always connect. Today I was at home, so on Wi-Fi, and this happened. We don’t get a lot of people to the door, so I can’t say how often this happens.

Another is re the motion sensor. I have it set to give me a notification when someone is on the porch, and that works. I also programmed for it to turn on porch lights, and that isn’t working. It’s set for when motion detected, if lights off, turn on. Is there something special I need to do.

Final question related to garage door. I have at Z2io and want to use on my chamberlain opener. It’s a purple button. Simple way to connect?

Thanks

Can u post the IF statement for porch light? I bit u something not correct, if push is working then u need to check the light itself, does it work from within C4 and check programing.

Is your chime on WiFi? How strong is the signal available to it? It may be not strong enough for it to act accordingly!

Here's the If statement.

It's on WiFi. Ruckus Access Point is within 15 feet. I have no problem seeing video. It's only when the door bell is pressed that I dont get the connection/video

I don’t have a Chime, but what is call group properties there? For example I have the DS2 and Its defined what exactly happens when doorbell is pressed, had defined a group call to all T3’s and Mobile Devices as well, u do have same settings?

Sorry, looks like you might need to solder contacts to a Security+ wireless remote that's paired.

Older instructions that worked include this: "I soldered the two dry contact wires to the top side (not the solder side) of just one of the two micro push button switches on the PCB. Either of the two switches will work. Each switch has four leads that are soldered to the board. I soldered to the two leads that are closest to the edge of the board."
