this happened with 3.3.3. then I downloaded 3.4.0 with the hope that everything would be ok.
but unfortunately no. The controller is powered via a 230 V socket.
It is connected to a network without POE.
but before that it was connected to the network from a router with POE and 230V was connected too.
 could this have an impact?

this maked with new system with new controler. But I didn't understand what you mean about re-image and image version number, that made in OS3. he worked ok after programming. controller just plugged off from socked and back. after this he dumped.

Apparently English is not your first language, so I will try to ask you this again: When u factory reset your controller what is the OS version on the controller? Or you did not reset it and only cut off power?

I also get that you use ComposerPro to update the controller, do you have proper training on C4?

Your issue is not related to 3.4 as you said u have these issues with 3.3, so what about network setup? Do you use WiFi or LAN, you might have an IP conflict in your router, can u check that? Do u use DHCP or fixed IP?

If u use POE and power at the same time, Power takes over and there is no harm to your controller.

Yes you are right. English is not my native language. Thank you for trying to help me) I have not yet reset the controller to factory settings. I just turned it off and on. Operating system 3rd as far as I know. I'm not near the controller unfortunately. On Friday I’ll be there and try everything I dug up on the Internet and what you recommend. C4 training is already in progress and I will soon have a certificate. As far as I know DHCP IP. Static not done yet. There are no conflicts in the IP either, as far as I know. The controller itself is connected to the network via lan. it worked fine, everything was fine until the controller was turned on and turned off.

After turning on, Composer finds the controller and connects, you can program whatever you want.
As soon as you execute a command or script, contact with the controller is lost and NEEO and T4 issue an error page; the composer breaks the connection with the controller.
But on the controller, 2 blue indicators are lit on the right, but on the top of the board,
when you look, a small orange indicator blinks. does this mean anything?

Except that I've seen issues where the switch isn't happening. If it was working fine on PoE, I would try putting it back on PoE and disconnect 230v, to test if there is an issue with the internal power supply
