prabeau
I have recently had a system update which rendered my old Alexa driver “ Epic’ I believe, obsolete. Having read the forum on this issue knew that the day had come to move over to the C4 driver. In the last few days Alexa and C4 are not playing together. I have refreshed the discovery with no results. Is it possible to verify if Alexa system or Control4 is causing the issue. Sorry if this has been covered but after searching site I haven't found the answer. HC800 on 3.3 ( I know its old ) Ran without issues on old driver ( bummer ) Just tried un-linking the skill, now wont link to Control4 Thank you
c_slip
Control4 via Alexa with the native driver for Alexa is not working for me either. Also started the other day. EA5 is running OS 3.2.3.606460

zaphod
FWIW, I am having problems with Alexa today as well. Maybe some functionality is down right now. Do you use any ad-blocking like PiHole? I find that can cause issues until you figure out what to whitelist.
prabeau
No add blocking that would affect the app
zaphod
If it's any consolation I am still down here and it was working a day or two ago.

johnnyboy
My Alexa voice control was working perfectly yesterday afternoon. Went down sometime between then and late last night and is still down. Cannot link the Alexis skill with Control4. This has happened a number of times in the last three or four years and always seems to self correct (you still have to go in and re-link the Alexa skill to Control4). prabeau
Still no re-link possible…….miss the old driver. Would be interested in finding out where the issue is , me, Amazon or Control4 ?
compuaid
This appears to be an issue with Control4. I cannot connect via Alexa, Google Home or even my IOS Control4 App when the phone is outside my home network. This started yesterday afternoon. Wouldn't C4 have monitoring to know immediately when something like this breaks? prabeau

I haven't found that to be the case.
