  1. OS3 isn't an option (I only have HC800 and HC300) Not sure if I'm able to update to 2.10.6 with my current hardware (including touchscreens) Everything was fine last night, so I'm not sure how this happened suddenly
  2. 2.9.1 If I'm looking up the Sonos driver in Composer HE correctly, then I believe it's version 94
  3. Just noticed this today - our 2 TVs that have Sonos Beams attached have lost C4 remote volume control I can control the volume fine with the Apple TV remote and Sonos app, but not with the C4 remote or C4 app There was a Sonos software update that got pushed to my speakers today, but the volume issue was there before I granted permission for the Sonos software update to go through Our remaining 2 TVs that don't have audio through Sonos are working fine with the C4 remote Any ideas or anybody experiencing similar issues? Thanks
  4. Hi I'm a Mac guy but keep a very cheap PC laptop around really for the sole purpose of running Composer HE so I can do some tinkering here and there with my Control4 system However, I recently discovered that I need a little bit better (in terms of computing power) PC for some other work I'm doing on the side So, I'm probably going to either sell or give away my current laptop Prior to doing this, I will of course wipe my Windows account from the laptop, etc. But even before doing that, I was wondering if I need to do anything with Composer HE (deactivate a license perhaps) so that I don't run into a problem loading it onto a new laptop and logging into my account/Director TIA
  5. Thanks, I will try without pauses and see what happens
  6. Did you program any pauses or delays between each menu command? Thank you
  7. Finally got my dealer to install this for our 4 ATV 4Ks - works very nicely, much more responsive than the Zigbee IR solution he had to rig up after the tvOS 13 update
  8. Finally got my dealer to install this for our 4 ATV 4Ks - works very nicely, much more responsive than the Zigbee IR solution he had to rig up after the tvOS 13 update Questions: Is there a command that will kill whatever is streaming upon ROOM OFF? We have YouTube TV and I'd like to kill the stream (so as to not use bandwidth) when we press ROOM OFF on our C4 remotes? Right now, I programmed STOP and I believe it's pausing the stream but I'm not clear if data is still flowing in but just not playing, or if STOP does indeed kill the stream (BTW, I tried the POWER OFF command but that didn't seem to do anything) Also, a previous poster mentioned this, "Just a recommendation for anyone freshly updating to the new OS and installing this driver, go into [ settings > remotes ] and revert the "Home Button" behaviour to Home Screen instead of ATV App. Otherwise the behaviour of the CNCL button (which is clearly mapped to HOME) will confuse the hell out of you. Or maybe just me." What does that mean exactly? Is that something I can do via Composer HE? Thanks
  9. Ok, thanks for the quick reply, I'll pass that info on to my dealer
  10. I plan on getting this installed soon Quick question - can I buy the license on your site and then provide the key to my dealer? Or does he need to buy the license directly? Also, if my dealer is going to set everything up remotely, what info from my system will he need? I have 4 ATV 4Ks. IP address of each? MAC address of my HC800? Etc.? Thanks
  11. Interesting, what minimum C4 hardware and software is required?
  12. Thanks @Crustyloafer, I believe your solution may have worked I think what it does is pause the YouTube TV stream which, hopefully, actually stops the incoming stream, thus saving bandwidth The way I'm trying to monitor this is through the iOS Home app - where I can see if any particular ATV is playing or paused (since the TV is off) Your ROOM OFF command shows that the tile for the ATV w/i the Home app continues to "play" for a time before it changes to pause I'll continue to monitor to see what happens Thanks again
  13. My dealer tells me that this is basically the programming he's already done, so I guess I'm stuck for the time being Thanks
  14. Yes, IP driver no longer an option after upgrading the Apple TV to the latest tvOS - I don't have the Control4 hardware required for the IP driver
  15. Hi, does anyone know how to kill a currently streaming video (for example, YouTube TV) with a ROOM OFF command on Apple TV 4K with the official IR driver? My dealer has programmed multiple MENU commands on ROOM OFF (which would bring the Apple TV back to the homescreen thus killing the stream), but the behavior is inconsistent - sometimes the stream is stopped, sometimes it's stopped momentarily but then starts again and sometimes it doesn't stop at all I'm able to monitor this by using the iOS Home app which shows whether the Apple TV continues to stream something on the ROOM OFF command or pauses/stops the stream It seems that little "homescreen" button on the Apple TV remote is a bluetooth only command and doesn't generate a signal that can either be transmitted by IR or learned Thank you
