  1. We have one we’re about to launch for another platform - we could always look to bring it to C4 too...
  2. Just drop a ticket at www.intrinsicdev.co.uk/support. If you include the full LUA debug output for us to look at and our tech team can dive in for you.
  3. Unfortunately, it's not quite as simple - we looked at it but the work involved was significant and we we're sure we'd recuperate the cost of the development! Re the mapping - the next release is having user assignable button mapping (the current mapping is based on dealer feedback from the beta).
  4. We don't expect this driver to break - MRP is expected to remain the protocol used for the life of current Apple TVs.
  5. Lol, we use Roku as our main source too... but Apple is Apple! As it uses the official MRP, we’re not expecting it to break.
  6. We asked C4 directly about this before we released it...doesn’t mean we’ve not still trying to find another way!
  7. Not currently... we’ve gone on the philosophy that most customers trust their dealers, so if dealers have it themselves and recommend it, the customers buy into it.
  8. A free fully working copy for your own set up: https://www.intrinsicdev.co.uk/showroom-license-request/
  9. Yes, this is using MRP (which is what the iPhone app uses), so accounts have no bearing on it, so you shouldn't have any problem when switching user accounts.
  10. Very easy setup - there's no need for home sharing or pairing, which means you can also deploy it remotely (i.e. if you have the driver that has stopped working). We are actually getting full metadata and have this displayed on all the other control platforms, but there isn't a proxy for us to use for this in C4 at the moment.
  11. The earliest we tested on was 2.8, but one of the beta testers was on an HC800 running 2.6 I believe. What do you need it to run on?
  12. Hi there - the current version includes ramping - happy to throw you a free copy to have a play with. If you want to join our beta programme, we always welcome feedback and try and implement what we can!
  13. Hi Braydon, Sorry - hadn’t turned on notifications for this post - we have this driver now readily available. Just give us a shout if you still need it. Also happy to sort you out a copy too.
  14. This might help a little: https://www.c4forums.com/topic/33135-intrinsic-dev-apple-tv-tvos13-ip-driver/
