  1. im pretty sure you cant connect wifi and ethernet at the same time, especially to two different networks. I'm guessing you've got a virgin router? you can put this in to bridge mode and feed it in to the WAN port of your other router so all your devices are on the same network. what is the other router in your system? not all dealers in London are that expensive, pm me if you want me to hook you up with a good dealer.

  2. I think you would have to do this by making two rooms in composer, you might have to add a dummy tv driver in there and create a video/audio path for that room to be able to shortcut media to the room though. Not sure if you could switch between rooms using the OSD either. If you hit the C4 logo at the top left it shows all the Watch, listen, security etc menus anyway so that might negate the need for two rooms, my room screens only have favourites on and I keep all the watch etc menus on the side panel (can’t remember official name)

  3. Is anyone else have trouble adding users to their customer.control4.com account? I want to add users for family member so everyone can have their own favourites but nothing is showing up under the "users and devices" tab. I have two devices running the OS3 app but neither is showing up.

  4. With the changes google are making this summer I've read a few places that the integration between google and ifttt will be breaking. I currently use ifttt to integrate google assistant and google calendar in to my system, does anyone know of any other solution for integrating these if ifs true and the google/ifttt integration breaks? I`m keeping my fingers crossed that if c4 fix the "works with nest" issue then it will also add some google integration but I'm not going to hold my breath

  5. I have heard about people having the same issues you have had with the remotes but I haven't experienced it myself, I believe there was some firmware released recently that was supposed to fix the issues with the remotes making noise.

I can only speak from my own experience but my living room sr260 remote has lasted me 3 years and it has bumps and scratches all over it from being dropped and bumped, I have found them to be really durable and reliable and have never had an issue with it.
