I could ship you mine so you could take measurements.  Once you finish you could ship it back.  Does that work?

If you only have one way to get into the house then I might agree to that.  The fact is, most homes have multiple entry points and the odds of them all being dead at once is very slim.

The 4232 is a beast to get working.  Once you do get it working its pretty solid.
First, look at the address for the 4232 CBM.  This is the address in the properties section.  Do you have any other touchscreen keypads (Tuxedo) in your system?  These are referred to as AUI keypads. The instructions tell you to set an address at 17,18.  This is not correct and shouldn't be followed.  On a vista 20p there are only 4 address that an AUI keypad can have.  Those are 1,2,5,6.  If address 1 doesn't work you can try address 2,5,6.

Again, it requires some trial an error but eventually will work.

Because Nvidia forgot to encrypt the driver.  Their private key was exposed in the driver package. It will be up to Nvidia to decide a path forward now that their key is out in the wild.  Will they revoke it and push an update?  We will see.

I run all Unifi gear from Ubiquiti without issue.  I think the C4 warning is about their edge products which are older.
Sonos, which also runs on a broadcast network functions fine on Unifi gear.

One of the biggest things requested has been a low cost intercom enabled tablet.  This has actually been possible since the 2.7.1 Days!
    Hardware
Right now I think some of the best hardware to do this on a $129 Lenovo Tab M10 HD which has a great charging dock or the $99 Lenovo Tab M8 HD which has the same base but trades the 10 inch screen for the 8 inch screen.
Install the control4 app as you normally would and install the Linphone app.
    Basics
Then in control4 you need to add a Universal SIP driver to the room where you are using the tablet.
That is how the intercom appears in that room.
Then configure Linphone to use that extension.
    Improving the experience
You can use the Control4 in Pinned app mode which will make it be the main app running but then you will miss incoming calls

You can also enable Google Assistant Ambient mode to allow you to have a phone screensaver and information screen for Google Assistant.

Need help? Message me and I am happy to help you with this setup.
Should I post more details? I know this is very high level

I received a fixed version of the driver and now you can create bindings of the light to a keypad.  You still can't dim/ramp the light but the toggle does work.  I'm hoping they can get dimming working from a keypad as that would be nice.

You can save some cash by not spending a ton on the contact sensors.  Just buy some cheap read switches and mount them near the top of the door.  It will work just as well. No need to mount something on the rails.
On the back of the EA5, just take wires from one of your relays and solder it to a remote.  If you go this route you won't need a z2io but you'll want to pick up a cheap WCS10A-2 which can read both doors.

Just following up that I was able to confirm the 2-way feedback is working.  I think the mobile app was having a bit of a moment and wasn't showing what the true state is.  I've tested all three of my fans and they are working great.  This is a great integration if you don't have a fourth wire running up to your fan.  Thanks @msgreenf
