Im assuming you are going to put the poe injector in an accessible junction box. Maybe use an industrial UL rated version?

Btw. I worked with a dealer who understood I wanted as much customer control as possible. he understood that and just did the minimum in terms of setup letting me to the most I could with composer HE. 
 
While I cant add new devices that is just a call away and my remote dealer guy adds it. I pay him a nominal fee and its great.

Made the scheduled task which executes at a time.
The when Sunset executes then turn on light.

It should be linked to a Garage Door driver's contact_sensor connection.  Use the garage door driver's open/closed state to program against.

Switched to Active cooling state, which worked. I needed to add a delay to account for some a/c stuff, but it works great! Thanks for all your help working through this. Hopefully I can pay it forward at some point. I will wait on heating active as its two stage, so hopefully not as loud.
 

Also can look at lighting fixtures that are DMX compatible that would be one of the best options.
