  1. @alanchow Does the light proxy work with Liftmaster's 823LM Remote Light Switch? This syncs with the garage opener, when the garage door opens, the light turns on. Also works with the wall control motion sensor and light button. https://www.liftmaster.com/searchResult#q=823LM&tab=manuals&numberOfResults=20:~:text=LiftMaster Models 823LM / 825LM Product Guide - English
  2. It looks like this is partially resolved. I can now make changes in the customer portal and have it save correctly. But when I have Google Home update/refresh my devices, it will go back and enable every device again.
  3. Yea, very frustrating. Maybe it has to do with the issue at the end of July regarding configuration in customer portal; either didn't get fully resolved or the fix broke something else.
  4. I'm having some issues enabling/disabling my Control4 devices in Google Assistant. When I log into the Customer Portal -> Voice Control, I cannot Enable/Disable any devices. After I select all the devices I want to show up in my Google Assistant/Home, I would click save and it would show a message saying it was saved successfully. However, when I log back into Customer Portal and look at it again, it would revert and enable all devices. Anyone else experience this?
  5. Alan, any chance something is in the works for Samsung split units with wifi modules (remotely controllable in Smartthings)?
  6. Are there any professional 24/7 monitoring companies that support Clareone?
  7. Experiencing some issues with this. I can turn on the fireplace but after a couple seconds, the status of the fireplace shows up as "OFF" in Control4. So to turn off the fireplace, I have to turn on "HEAT" and then turn it "OFF". Also, the lighting features are acting weird. When I try to change the LED colors, all it would do is turn up the brightness and then dim it back down. Also, I cannot set any of the optional accessories value, it just defaults back to true. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong?
  8. Did you disassemble the whole front and back assembly for this? Any pics of the progress?
  9. I didn’t. Reboot did it and looks like it solved my google problem. so those with google not linking, unregistering, reregistering, and reboot seemed to have fixed it.
  10. Just reregistered, When/Then page still shows session expired.
  11. Tried restoring to previous backups before Google stopped working, still getting the same error. Also updated to OS 3.3.0 and still can't fix it, I'm still seeing 121 as the latest update for OS 3.3.0. When I remove the Google Assistant driver, the customer portal still has all of the devices under voice command, if I recall correctly, without driver, the devices shouldn't show up? One thing I noticed also was in the customer portal, the When/Then page is not working, it give an error that the session is expired and to log in and out again. Despite re-logging in, the expired session still occurs.
  12. Odd, the project was untouched when it stopped working. It just suddenly stopped. I’ll try restoring to a prior backup and see if it comes back.
  13. Driver version is 121 and I don't seem to see a new version available for 3.2.4.
  14. Need to check the version but I’m pretty sure it’s up to date for 3.2.4 (recall it was Jan 2022).
