jontheabe Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 Question on 3rd Party Video Doorbell support coming in 3.1 With the announcement of support for Helios 2N, Comelit Quadra and Akuvox R20, do we know if only the exterior intercom interface is what is supported or will C4 be able to work with the internal answer stations from 2N, Comelit and Akuvox? Situation is as follows: client already has Comelit Quadra at the gate intercom and the internal intercom stations on each floor of the house. Wondering if C4 will still be able to send audio/video to the internal answering stations or if the the 3rd party support coming in 3.1 requires the use of the T3 touchscreens. It's been pretty solid, not a lot of defects reported against it, and quite a few fixed from 3.0. Worth the upgrade, IMHO (I'm biased, of course...).
